RULES and CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION -- Read and indicate below your agreement to comply with them:

I agree to attend Celebration Graduation for the entire duration of the event and will not leave without explicitly being excused and released to my Emergency Contact or an adult approved by a school administrator;
I agree to be present in the foyer of PHS between 8:30 and 9:30 pm on Graduation night;
I agree not to consume alcohol and/or any illegal substance prior to and/or during the Celebration Graduation event;
I agree to ride on an assigned bus to and from the event venues. Transportation to the various venues is being provided courtesy of First Student Transportation;
I agree not to drive home from the event;
I understand that pickup will be at New Heights/Community Campus this year at 5:30 am;
I agree that if I do not want to be hypnotized during the event at New Heights/Community Campus I will not volunteer;
I understand that if I sit in the audience during the hypnotist's performance there is a chance I will become hypnotized, and that the only way to prevent this is to remove myself from the event and go to the alternative option;
I understand that pictures may taken during the event and that if I do not want my picture taken it is up to me to avoid the photographer;
I understand that any and all backpacks and bags are subject to search at any time by the Portsmouth Police. I will avoid bringing one unless absolutely necessary.
