Important information for students
When to come
Registration is open from 8:00 - 9:00. There will be lots of fun things to do when you arrive. Inflatables! DJ! Photo Booth! Kona Ice!
What to bring
-Bring layers of clothing in case you get cold outside.
-Bring your phone at full charge so that you can take pictures throughout the evening.
-Bring a phone charger if you think you might need it. You will not have access to your vehicle throughout the night. Please plan accordingly.
-This event is 100% free of charge.
Food & Beverages
We will be providing a variety of food and beverages throughout the night. Please alert organizers of any known allergies.
Do NOT bring any food or drinks with you. If you forget and bring a drink, the drink will need to be emptied before you enter the registration area. Bags will be checked!
